Carl Whitlatch
Carl Whitlatch is the Northwest Ohio Multi-Area Director. He is also the acting Director of West Ohio FCA.
Carl and his wife Jenny, reside in New Bremen, OH with their 6 children.
Marcail K-Manuel
Marcail Kightlinger-Manuel is the Administrative Assistant for Northwest Ohio FCA supporting Carl Whitlatch. Marcail and her husband, John reside in Lima, OH.
Jessica Overley
Jessica Overley is Prospective Staff for All-Abilities in West Ohio FCA. Jessica and her husband Nathan, reside in St. Marys, OH.
